Wheat Policy—the current 2019 Wheat Policy of allowing landowners who plant wheat in order to be moved to the top of the cost share list to receive funds early in the upcoming fiscal year has been suspended. The wheat policy will be reevaluated when the Board has a better idea of future funding. Planting wheat will be given as an option to those landowners who are next on the staking list.
