Buchanan and Andrew County Soil and Water Conservation Districts Host Education and Outreach Event with Featured Speakers on $10,000 Nutrient Management Cost-Share Program and USDA Surveys vs Policies and Programs   The Buchanan County Soil and Water Conservation District (BCSWCD) and Andrew County Soil and Water Conservation District (ACSWCD) are excited to invite local farmers an education and outreach event on Friday, February 28, 2025 at 9:30am at the East Hills Library, 502 N Woodbine (in the East Hills Mall parking lot). This outreach event will feature two main speakers: Missouri Fertilizer Board--Andrea and Mitch Rice will give details of a new pilot program being offered in Andrew and Buchanan County for up to $10,000 in cost-share funding to local farmers for Nutrient Management.
