Johnson's Shut-Ins
In 2005, the Taum Sauk reservoir breached, sending 1.3 billion gallons of water down the hill side in just twelve minutes. A lot of work has gone into the restoration of the park. The visitors center has a lot of information on the breach, clean up and how the shut-ins were formed.
Immanuel Lutheran Church
This church served as a hospital and Union Headquarters during the Civil War.
St. Paul's Episcopal Church
Built in 1870, the church features Gothic architecture, original leaded glass windows and a unique plaid roof. It's a must see when in Iron County.
