New Cost-Share Policies Approved
Cost-Share limit per landowner per year - $50,000 for terraces, waterways, diversions, basins.
Earthwork Rates have changed:$4.15 a FT for Broadbase Terraces, $3.89 a FT for Narrowbase Terraces, $4.21 a CUYD for Basins & Diversions, $1.87 a FT for Trench/Backfill<12 Inch, $2.08 a FT for Trench/Backfill >=12 Inch, $2.12 a FT for Topsoiling, $4380 per acre for Waterways.
Cost-Share will be allowed for structures to be constructed in idle, pastureland or crop fields. State Cost-Share Maximum for Structures is $26,000.
Cover Crops - Yearly state maximum is $5,000. Signup deadlines for mixes with Turnips/Radishes is August 14th. Signup for all other mixes is September 15th.
Cost-Share for Cover Crops does not count toward the $50,000 Cost-Share limit for other practices.
Effective July 1, 2026, all landowners signing up for state cost-share assistance will have to register in MissouriBUYS powered by MOVERS (NO EXCEPTIONS). All state cost-share payments from the State of Missouri will be processed through MOVERS. See link in the link section of home page.
